Robert Takash has 30 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, including 15 years at Appel & Cie.Inc. He has acted as a Trustee in Bankruptcy for numerous estates, including consumer and commercial bankruptcies and proposals, and has carried out financial restructuring mandates and represented secured creditors in the liquidation of their assets. Robert became a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy in 1994, and joined Appel & Cie Inc. that same year. He has a long-standing reputation with clients for efficiency and responsiveness and for his business acumen, and is a driving force in Appel & Cie Inc.’s insolvency department.
